Booking Informations

The prices 2024 vary between 230€ (lowest season) and 450€ (highest season July and August) per night by booking over this site. Discounts are possible for longer stays (e.g. 14 days), or occupancy with only 2-3 persons.
Booking in main Season (July, August) is possible minimum for 7 days
Arrival time between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m., departure time 10 a.m.
No pets allowed in main season, in low season only on request (additional fee).
A deposit of €400 is due upon arrival.
The villa is a nonsmoking house ! Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
Cancellation Policy: until 60 days upon arrival no cancellation fee, from 59 days to 15 days 50% cancellation fee, from 14 days upon arrival 90% cancellation fee.
